Mark Wheeler is an associate whose practice focuses on litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in a variety of disputes and is committed to providing practical, client-focused representation at every stage of the litigation process.
Before attending law school, Mark served as a felony probation and parole officer with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. He later worked as an accountability court coordinator for the Macon Judicial Circuit’s Mental Health and Veterans Treatment Courts, where he gained valuable insight into the justice system and the individuals it serves.
Mark earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law, where he was an active member of the Mercer Advocacy Council and competed on the mock trial team. During law school, he received multiple honors recognizing his trial advocacy.
Mark currently serves on the board of the Macon Young Lawyers’ Division, supporting the professional development and community engagement of young attorneys in the region.
After Hours
Mark lives in Macon, Georgia with his wife and their two dogs. Outside the office, he enjoys perfecting the craft of slow-smoked barbecue, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
