Prior to joining the firm, Taylor gained a wide range of experience in business and commercial real estate transactions, including representing businesses, banks, and government entities in the negotiation of contracts, sales and acquisitions, financing and development, and formation and structuring of business entities.

Taylor graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in journalism in 2005 and JD from Charleston School of Law in 2008.  He continued to grow his expertise in transactional work, with an LL.M. in Transactional Law from Emory University School of Law in 2013.

After Hours

Taylor resides in Athens with his wife, Kim, and their two children. In addition to spending time with family, Taylor appreciates fly fishing, hunting, golfing, hiking, and attending the University of Georgia sporting events, especially football.
