Biography

As a member of the Corporate and Transactional group, Andrew focuses his legal practice on business and corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, strategic divestitures and consolidations. Andrew has represented and assisted financial and strategic buyers and sellers across a range of commercial industries, including industrial and consumer products, software and technology, healthcare, and real estate. Andrew also advises clients on the formation and organization of business entities, corporate governance and structuring, and the negotiation and preparation of agreements and contracts, including shareholder, employment, supply, and licensing agreements.

Andrew and his wife, Sarah, reside in Atlanta.
