Helping companies and individuals plot an optimal path forward, Will Bennett centers his practice on tax, wealth and business planning. He advises clients on estate matters, including wills, powers of attorney and advance directives in healthcare, always working to ensure that family wealth is protected to the greatest extent possible for the next generation.
Will advocates for clients who find themselves in tax disputes, guiding them through such processes as audit defense and litigation before tribunals, as well as in appeals. He brings a deep knowledge base in this area that includes a specialized degree—an LL.M. in taxation from New York University. Will draws on his rich experience to counsel clients and attorney teams on the tax implications of corporate transactions, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions and governance issues.
After Hours
In addition to spending time with his wife and two children, Will likes being outside doing activities such as hiking, camping and fishing. He also cheers on the Georgia Bulldogs.
