Warren Hedgepeth focuses his practice on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity selection and formation and general corporate matters.
Warren graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Finance. He then obtained his J.D., cum laude, from the Mercer University School of Law. While attending law school, he served as a member of the Mercer Law Review and competed and coached on Mercer’s Moot Court team.

Warren enjoys playing golf, fishing, attending concerts and playing the drums.
