Paxton Murphy focuses his practice on guiding companies and business owners through the complexities of corporate transactions. Dedicated to providing solution-based advice, Paxton advises clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and entity formation. 

Paxton graduated as a Hunt Scholar from Southern Methodist University with degrees in Finance and Political Science. While attending law school, Paxton served as a member of the Georgia Law Review and Georgia Negotiations Team, and clerked in the Athens-Clarke County State Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, and Georgia Supreme Court.

After Hours

Paxton enjoys rooting for the Dawgs and Ponies and playing pickleball.
