Rachael Vale joined James Bates Brannan Groover LLP in the winter of 2023. Her practice focuses on general litigation, including insurance defense.

Rachael is originally from Metairie, Louisiana where she lived for ten years. After Hurricane Katrina, Rachael’s family moved to Columbus, Georgia where she lived until she went to college.

She earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Mercer University, graduating in 2018. Rachael then received her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law in 2021.

Prior to joining James Bates Brannan Groover LLP, Rachael gained experience in family law, personal injury, railroad defense, and a variety of civil litigation. She also has experience in local government law.

After Hours

Rachael currently lives in Hawkinsville, Georgia with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She enjoys fishing, exercising, listening to music, and, most of all, spending time with her family.
