In her general litigation practice, Rachael Vale represents clients in a variety of areas, including insurance defense, business disputes, construction law and local government.

Rachael litigates by strategically researching issues and applying her strong writing skills to craft legal documents that are as airtight as possible. Always eager to take on intellectual challenges, Rachael enjoys tackling unique and multifaceted topics, particularly constitutional issues. She finds it highly gratifying to see her hard work pay off when legal decision-makers rule in her client’s favor, which saves the client’s time, money and emotional energy.

A self-described “people person,” Rachael brings empathy and a relatable approach to her practice. Drawing on an academic background in psychology, she calms people who are faced with stressful legal procedures by providing nonjudgmental conversation and peace of mind. Rachael shoulders clients’ burdens and views their problems as her own.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachael gained experience in family law and personal injury and railroad defense.

After Hours

Rachael enjoys fishing and other outdoor activities, exercising, listening to music, and, most of all, spending time with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
