Since 1998, Molly Talley has been helping clients throughout the Athens area navigate complex residential and commercial real estate matters, as well as secured transactions and business law issues. Her practice includes all aspects of real estate — from acquisitions, development, construction, and financing to ownership, management, leasing, and disposition.

Molly is also a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Designated Attorney, representing lenders such as banks and Certified Development Corporations (CDCs) in closing SBA 7(a), SBA 504, CDC direct, and USDA loans. Known for her attention to detail and responsiveness, she enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and helping them achieve their business and real estate goals.

An AV® Preeminent™-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell®, Molly is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia Real Property Law Section, Western Circuit Bar Association, Athens Area Chamber of Commerce, and numerous local professional organizations. She remains the only SBA Designated Attorney in the Athens area and one of just a few across Georgia.

Deeply engaged in her community, Molly has volunteered with organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Athens Land Trust, Habitat for Humanity, Books 4 Keeps, Prevent Child Abuse Athens, and the Cancer Foundation of Northeast Georgia. She is also a member of Athens First United Methodist Church and Athens Country Club.

A native of Austin, Texas, Molly has called Athens home since 1989. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
