Julia Krzeminski represents small businesses and community banks across Georgia, assisting clients with a wide range of regulatory, transactional, and corporate matters. Her current work includes drafting private placement memorandums in preparation for stock offerings and advising on mergers and acquisitions—an area that combines her background in finance and valuation. Additionally, Julia counsels clients regarding indemnifications, employment and compliance matters, and creditors’ rights issues in bankruptcy.

Julia also provides guidance to community banks through the Community Bankers Association hotline, where she enjoys tackling nuanced legal and regulatory questions. This experience has deepened her understanding of the unique challenges financial institutions face and broadened her expertise in specialized areas of banking law.
