Hannah Nodar is an Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, and assisting clients through all phases of the closing process with a practical, client-focused approach.
Prior to joining the firm, Hannah gained valuable legal experience through externships with The Coca-Cola Company and the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, as well as a legal internship with Georgia State University. These experiences provided exposure to a variety of legal and business matters and helped shape a strong foundation for Hannah’s commercial real estate and lending practice.
During law school, Hannah served as Executive Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review, worked as a Research Assistant in the Sports Law Department, and served as a Student Orientation Mentor. Hannah was also actively involved in the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers. Before law school, Hannah graduated cum laude from Furman University with a B.S. in Applied Math-Economics and Politics & International Affairs, where Hannah was a member of the NCAA Division I women’s lacrosse team.
After Hours
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys Pilates, pickleball, exploring local farmers markets, and serving as the honorary “aunt” to friends’ dogs.
