Geoff A. Peplau serves clients in the areas of commercial litigation, as well as financial institution and bankruptcy law.

Bringing to his practice strong research and organizational skills, a diligent work ethic and an eye for detail, Geoff enjoys problem-solving through identifying and applying key information.  He appreciates that each matter is unique and pores over case details to find relevant material and case law to support specific arguments and bolster legal strategies.

Geoff draws on valuable previous experiences to better serve his clients. He graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Minor in Business Law. He then went on to serve four years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a sergeant, combat engineer and squad leader. Geoff was stationed at Camp Pendleton, California and conducted multiple deployments abroad. During his tenure with the Marine Corps, he also worked as an adjunct professor for Central Texas College instructing marines and sailors amidst military operations.

Following the Marine Corps, Geoff earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2023. While at Georgia State, he received the CALI Award for Excellence and served as a Kaplan Bar Prep Student Representative, Business & Law Society member and Environmental Law Society member.

In law school, Geoff worked with staff attorneys at Atlanta Legal Aid on landlord/tenant law family law, probate cases and victim protective orders. He also served as a legal intern to the Georgia General Assembly Senate President Pro Tempore during the 2021 special session.
