In her diverse practice, litigator Donia Wanna advises businesses, insurance companies and counties in a variety of civil matters. She represents clients in disputes stemming from a range of areas, including contracts, business, estate, landlord-tenant and insurance claims and coverage.
A strong advocate, Donia draws on her legal knowledge, communication skills and valuable pre-trial and courtroom experience. She enjoys writing persuasive motions and other legal documents and maintains her detail-oriented focus while simultaneously keeping the larger picture in mind at all times. Donia works with efficiency and timeliness to meet deadlines and to keep clients, counsel and all relevant parties updated on any case developments.
While attending Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, Donia belonged to several organizations and competed on the Negotiations Team. In addition, she was a member of the William Augustus Bootle Inn of Court and the W. Homer Drake, Jr. Georgia Bankruptcy American Inn of Court. Donia graduated from Mercer Law cum laude.
