David Cromer’s multi-faceted practice is centered on representing businesses, local governments, and insurance companies in a wide range of litigation and appeals. His broad experience includes handling cases dealing with breach of contract and other commercial disputes, employment matters, personal injury, constitutional litigation under Section 1983, and more. David enjoys advancing his clients’ positions through effective and persuasive written advocacy, and he devotes a significant amount of his practice to drafting motions in state and federal trial courts and handling appeals in the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
In addition to representing businesses and local governments in court, David enjoys providing practical advice and counsel to help clients determine the best path forward when making difficult decisions. David regularly advises clients regarding contracts, employment matters, and other high-stakes decisions.
