David’s practice includes representing individuals in personal injury and wrongful death cases, trucking and automobile accidents, defective products, and workers’ compensation claims. Drawing on his wide-ranging experience, David is a dedicated advocate who fights to protect the rights of his clients both inside and outside the courtroom. Over the course of his career, David has secured millions of dollars in recoveries for clients through settlements and trial verdicts.
While in law school, he served as a teaching assistant, gaining deep knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code and State Contract Law. He also interned with the District Attorney’s office under the Georgia Third-Year Practice Act, where he tried both felony and misdemeanor cases and defended the State in appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals.
David began his legal career as Chief Compliance Officer for a medical billing company, where he developed a strong foundation in healthcare regulations, billing practices, the Affordable Care Act, and HIPAA. His diverse professional background—spanning compliance, litigation, and healthcare—equips him with a unique perspective and the ability to advocate effectively for his clients. David is also a frequent speaker for CLE seminars with the National Business Institute (NBI), presenting on topics such as insurance coverage, jury trial objections, and trial preparation.
After Hours
Outside of his practice, David is a licensed pilot and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and participating in outdoor sports.
