Bryson Smith focuses her practice in the area of commercial real estate including the acquisition, financing and sale of commercial property throughout Georgia. Bryson also represents numerous banks and lending institutions in secured loan transactions including conventional lending and government-guaranteed lending.

Bryson graduated magna cum laude from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law. Upon graduation, Bryson served as Staff Attorney to the Honorable Samuel D. Ozburn of the Alcovy Judicial Circuit before entering private practice.

She and her husband, Brad, reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
