Allison’s practice centers on representing commercial lenders and business owners in SBA and conventional loan transactions. From drafting documents to conducting closings, Allison provides comprehensive support and works to ensure that each transaction is handled efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance.
In addition to her real estate practice, Allison advises clients on intellectual property matters, particularly the registration, maintenance, and transfer of trademarks. Drawing on her educational background in entertainment media and intellectual property law, she helps clients protect and manage valuable business assets.
A first-generation, Georgia-raised attorney, Allison brings diligence, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every matter. Her dual background in real estate and intellectual property law allows her to serve a diverse client base with a unique and practical perspective.

Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, skiing, exploring the Beltline with her Golden Retriever, Louie, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
