Alexandra is an associate in the Tax + Wealth Planning group with a focus on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer planning, as well as corporate organization and succession planning for closely held companies.

Alexandra earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2023, where she served as the Student Bar Association President. She further enhanced her tax knowledge by completing an LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2024, specializing in gratuitous transfers and corporate tax matters. Prior to attending law school and her LL.M., Alexandra graduated magna cum laude graduate from the University of Georgia with a degree in political science and a minor in health policy and management.

In addition to drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, financial powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, Alexandra advises clients on corporate matters such as entity formation and dissolution, governance, and asset transfers. She takes a proactive approach to help clients navigate upcoming changes, including the sunset of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) at the end of 2025, and ensures compliance with the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and its beneficial ownership reporting (BOI) through the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN).

With a commitment to providing personalized and responsive service, Alexandra understands the unique goals of each client, delivering thoughtful and pragmatic solutions that safeguard their legacies for future generations.  Alexandra is also committed to informing individuals on the value of estate planning for those of all net worths, not just the highest earning individuals.

After Hours

Alexandra currently resides in Virginia Highlands and enjoys playing guitar, reading, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
