Alexandra Hammock focuses her practice on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, charitable planning, succession planning for closely held companies, and wealth transfer services for clients in Georgia and Florida. She also advises clients on corporate matters, including entity formation and corporate governance.

With an LL.M. in Taxation, Alexandra brings in-depth knowledge of this complex legal area. Her technical expertise enables her to craft creative strategies that help individuals and families preserve their assets and transfer wealth efficiently to future generations. She has extensive experience drafting estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, financial powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
