JBBG is thrilled to announce the addition of attorney Park Burford to the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group.

Park’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Park gained significant experience in insurance defense litigation, personal injury, property damage, uninsured motorist, plaintiffs’ personal injury, civil rights, qualified and official immunity and wrongful death. In addition, he has experience with mediation and trial.

Park graduated cum laude, from Valdosta State University with a degree in political science and a minor in History. While at Valdosta State, Park served as an intern for the 113th U.S. Congress in the office of Honorable Saxby Chambliss. In addition, he was a judicial board member, Vice President of the Interfraternity Council, and a founding father of the Sigma Chi Fraternity Lambda Mu Chapter.

After completing his undergraduate work, Park earned his J.D. as well as an additional certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research and Drafting from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law. While at Mercer, Park worked as a law clerk specializing in insurance defense. He also served as an extern for the City Attorney of Warner Robins, GA. Park was active in Phi Alpha Phi, Phi Alpha Delta, W. A. Bootle American Inn of Court and the Second Amendment Society.
