Biography

Will Thompson focuses his legal practice on estate and asset protection planning. In addition, he assists clients with the design and implementation of business succession plans, as well as financial planning goals and objectives. Will works with clients in the formation and structure of corporate entities and the purchase and sale of those entities. Will is also experienced in the formation of non-profit entities.

Born and raised in Blakely, Georgia, Will graduated from the University of Georgia magna cum laude with a degree in Public Relations, and he then received his Juris Doctor at the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in Macon.  He continued his education at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he earned his LL.M. in Taxation. Will and his wife, Amelia, have 3 children and attend Watkinsville First Baptist Church.
