Don Handberry represents individual, corporate, and government clients in matters involving civil, commercial and insurance litigation. Don has a great deal of experience in defending clients who have been sued in accident cases involving serious injury or death, including but not limited to tractor trailer accidents, auto accidents, boating accidents, deck collapse, premise liability accidents, dog bites and accidents involving heavy equipment.

Don and his wife, Casey, live in Macon with their three sons. Don is actively involved in a number of sports teams throughout the community, including Upward Coach at Ingleside Baptist Church, Youth Coach of Viking Football League at First Presbyterian Day School, Assistant Coach for Makos Baseball (10U AAA Travel) and Assistant Coach Thunder Baseball (7U AAA Travel).
