Biography

As a member of the Corporate and Transactional group, Taylor focuses her legal practice on various business and corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, strategic divestitures and consolidations. Taylor also advises clients on the formation and organization of business entities, corporate governance and structuring, private placement offerings, compliance with data and privacy laws and regulations, and the preparation of agreements, including licensing, software-as-a-service, shareholder, employment, contractor, lease and supply agreements. Taylor has experience working with clients across a range of commercial industries, including software and technology, construction, engineering, healthcare, food services, automobile, oil and petroleum, and real estate.

Taylor obtained her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Taylor graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in History.
