In his corporate and trust and estate practice, Josh Ware helps Georgia businesses, families and individuals protect their assets and plan wisely for the future. Taking a holistic and full-service approach, he guides clients and their advisors in developing traditional and sophisticated estate planning, wealth management and business succession solutions.

Josh advises clients on a wide range of matters, including will and trust drafting, fiduciary administration, issues relating to public charities and private foundations, and corporate and personal planning strategies involving estate, gift, income and generation-skipping taxes. He also handles judicial and non-judicial trust modifications, reformations, guardianships, conservatorships, will contests and disputes.

In addition, Josh provides families and individuals with long-term care options and assists trustees, personal representatives, guardians and beneficiaries in a variety of fiduciary issues. Entrepreneurs, small business owners and closely held family businesses rely on him to help them create succession plans for their organizations and to assist them in navigating corporate governance for future generations.

Josh gets to know all aspects of enterprises to best tailor structures to serve their current objectives and provide contingency vehicles in the form of comprehensive trust or estate plans. After Hours

Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and son and following the Atlanta Braves. His interests include playing bass guitar, working on his home landscaping and restoring vintage pinball machines.
