Rick focuses his practice on all areas of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions and loan closings, contract negotiation, lender representation, title examination, title insurance and drafting of closing documents.

Prior to joining James-Bates-Brannan-Groover-LLP, Rick was a partner in the litigation practice group at Martin Snow, LLP where he worked for 19 years focusing primarily on the defense of medical malpractice actions.

After Hours

Rick and his wife, Elizabeth, currently reside in Macon, Georgia with their children, Parker and Kaitlyn, and are active members of Vineville United Methodist Church.
